In an undifferentiated real estate market, Propertize's aim is to become the brand name in real estate franchising in the MENA region with the objective of enhancing and developing the standards of real estate services.

How Did We Help

We reviewed the brand value proposition and recommended a differentiated positioning. We then implemented a seamless customer journey across all touch points and developed the marketing activation program. The work took several months and included shadowing research and co-creation workshops.
