BLC Bank is one of the oldest banks in the Lebanese market. In 2008, it became part of Fransabank and a new management team took responsibility of revamping the bank.

How Did We Help

We conducted a brand audit to analyze the internal and external brand perceptions. After defining BLC's new positioning strategy and developing the new tagline, "We deliver what matters", we prepared a brand engagement workshop. This was just the first step in bringing to life the BLC brand strategy and sharing the bank's vision and mission with its most valuable assets: its employees.
